The Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttles will depart from the Galataport Istanbul Pier and Şehir Hatları piers every two hours every day. Please look below to find the timetables for each pier. The fare on all debit and credit cards is TRY 25. 50% discount on Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttle is exclusive to only Mastercard® holders. 

Payment can be made with any debit or credit card at any payment point inside the Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttles. Cash payment or payment with İstanbul Kart (Istanbul Card) or Mavi Dijital Kart (Blue Digital Card) is not accepted on Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttles. Boarding Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttle takes place at the exits of the Şehir Hatları piers without having to go through the turnstiles. Changes may be made in the services and timetable. Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttle has 28 seats. Changes can be made in the route lines and times. When the capacity of 28 people is full, it may depart before the departure time. 

50% discount on Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttle is exclusive to only Mastercard® holders. After with this campaign, participants will make a payment of TRY 12.50. The campaign will be valid in the period March 6, 2023 - June 30, 2023 for a maximum of 4 boarding per day. To take advantage of the campaign, payment needs to be made with a contactless debit or credit card carrying the Maestro or Mastercard logo or with a prepaid card at the Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttle pay station.

Mastercard® holders cannot combine the 50% discount campaign with other discounts and campaigns on Galataport Istanbul Sea Shuttles. Mastercard® and Galataport Istanbul reserve the right to make changes in the terms of the campaign. All trips are being run under the control and responsibility of İstanbul Şehir Hatları Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Istanbul City Maritime Lines); changes and cancellations may have to be made due to reasons such as weather conditions, technical breakdowns, relegation of duties, passenger density, or upon the instructions of official authorities. Furthermore, Galataport İstanbul Liman İşletmeciliği ve Yatırımları A.Ş. (Galataport Istanbul Management) and Istanbul Şehir Hatları Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (City Maritime Lines) reserve the right to suspend or terminate taxi trips for a period to be determined at their discretion at no obligation of justification.
